The Doctor leapt up onto the platform. He glanced at Georgia and Conner, still trapped in the web on the left of him and smirked.

“Doctor,” Georgia said, annoyed.
“Sorry,” the Doctor said apologetically “I’ll try and hurry.”

He walked up to the Spider Leader.

“I demand to speak to the Spider Leader under the jurisdiction of the Shadow Proclamation, paragraph 15, section C,” the Doctor said.
“~Speak~” the Spider Leader bellowed.
“I want to know how you came to power,” the Doctor bellowed back.
“~We grew out of the fear of the Humans, and now we have invaded~” the Spider Leader said harshly.
“Imagine that coming out of your bathroom plughole!” Conner called from across the room, shuddering.
“Quite,” the Doctor said.

This had all started when the Doctor had promised to take Georgia, Conner and Zac to some acid lake on a planet off the GM4 (Galactic Motorway 4). Zac opted to stay behind in the TARDIS, as he was incredibly tired from their recent adventures (especially tea with Lady Harrington, which resulted in a chase across the French countryside from an alien pencil, with some very deadly dung). They had arrived to find no acid lake, and a large building in its place. They walked inside, just for Georgia and Conner to be grabbed by Huge Spiders.

“So what are the rockets for?” the Doctor asked.
“~We are equally feared all across this Galaxy, so the rockets will enable us to take over neighbouring planets~” the Spider Leader said.
“So, the whole of this Galaxy is at stake?” Georgia called from somewhere in the web.
“~Definitely.~”
“Then I’ll have to stop you,” the Doctor said.
“~And how will you do that?~” the Spider Leader smiled.
“Like this!” the Doctor cried, raising the Sonic Screwdriver.

He pressed the button on the tube, and the Sonic wave made the Spiders recoil. With a Snap! Georgia and Conner were released from the web and ran over to the Doctor.

“Now what do we do?” Georgia asked grinning.
“We use the acid over there,” the Doctor replied, pointing.
“And it will turn the area into the acid lake?” Conner asked, amazed.
“Exactly.”

The Doctor ran over to the acid container, and pours the acid over the floor. It bubbles and froths, heading its way to the Spiders. The Doctor leads Georgia and Conner out of the building amongst the cries of the Spiders. As the three friends walk into the TARDIS where Zac meets them, the building collapses, and the acid lake is already beginning to form. The TARDIS dematerialises, with a Giant Spider clutching on to the outside of it…
