Episode 4: The Demon Headmaster Part 2

“Can Mr Roberts please report to the head’s office”, the heads voice bellowed through the school via the radio system.
“Could they turn it up any louder”, Kaylie said frustrated, “If they are aliens which they could well be then Mr Roberts is in for the chop”. Zac then froze. Zac, Harry and Kaylie were on the third floor, Zac was staring out the window at a blue box outside the school gates.

“Isn’t that Conner”, Harry asked.
“Yeah it is and with him must be”, Zac said.
“The doctor!” Kaylie interrupted.

The three rushed down the stairs to the school gates. Georgia was emerging from round the corner of the road, Conner was waving in greeting.
“Hi Zac”, Georgia said as Zac approached her, “I’m off to visit my brother can’t talk, I’ve got to tell him loads”.

“Fine, bye Georgia”, Zac answered, “Oh you decided to show up”.
“What do you mean?”Conner asked Zac.
“You’ve been missing”, Zac replied looking at Kaylie and Harry, who shrugged. The doctor emerged from round the corner too.
“Missing, for how long?” the doctor asked.
“2 months”, Zac answered, “I’ve been trying to find you. So I thought I search via the doctor”.

“We’ve found loads of things on you Big D”, Harry said to the doctor, the doctor’s face went blank.
“You’re Big D”, Conner told the doctor, “Harry calls everyone nicknames. Zac is Z and I’m C, question is why you are here Kaylie?” Conner asked Kaylie.
“I’m Zac’s girlfriend, if you must know”, Kaylie replied standing her ground, “And who are you to ask questions, you’ve been missing for 2 months remember”.

“Anyway to the point”, Zac said, “We’ve found out a lot about you. A lot of the evidence that you exist, has been wiped off the internet, by a bad wolf virus, but if you delve deeper...”
“We found a picture from the middle ages with two people, one of which looks a lot like you Big D”, Harry interrupted, “You were carrying a bow and a quiver”.
“More recently”, Kaylie began, “You were seen saying goodbye to three adults in London, just after the Earth returned home, that was in a park in London”.

“Wow I am getting noticed more and more”, the doctor said, “Right Conner, I’ll take you home and you can get your school uniform so you won’t get noticed. We’ll meet back here tomorrow to investigate”.
“Tomorrow, Why not today?” Zac asked annoyed.
“Because….”, the doctor said and then stopped as the school bell went and several students appeared out of the school doors, “then we’ll get noticed, come on Conner”, the doctor continued waving bye to the three students and rounding the corner. There was a scraping noise and Harry rushed out of the school gates but saw nothing there.

“I thought you said the doctor was helpful”, Kaylie said.
“He is, but it’s kind of our fault, for telling him he gets noticed”, Zac informed them.
“I think we should come back here at night”, Harry said.
“Then we can sniff through the heads office”, Zac said, “Good idea, but we’ll have to be careful”.
“I’ll bring a lock pick and a pen knife”, Harry said, “I’m making us sound like burglars”. The school day soon ended and the three went home.


Georgia had just arrived at her brother’s house. She ran the doorbell and Richard appeared at the door.
“Hi Georgia, how are you?” Richard asked.
“I’m fine”, Georgia replied, “I’ve been having a great time, travelling through time and space”.

“Where have you been recently?” Richard asked.
“Well I just went to the planet New Earth”, Georgia said, “Wait Richard you usually ask to look at my diary”.
“Do I?”Richard asked, “I mean yes, O.K I’ll read your diary”.
“O.K”, Georgia said getting her diary out of her bag, “The last time we met was before the octopli invasion. So it’ll be page 39”.
“Actually I think I’ll re-read it”, Richard told her as she handed the diary to him. Just then Georgia’s phone rang.

“Doctor”, Georgia said down the phone, “Yes, I can sleep here, it’s O.K. Yes, Yes I will. No he’s got a spare room. Well it’s usually made. O.K, bye then”.
“Who was that?” Richard asked.
“It was the doctor”, Georgia replied, “Can I use your spare room tonight because I don’t want to spend another night in the TARDIS and we’re staying overnight”.

“Fine”, Richard answered, “What does TARDIS stand for?”
“Time and relative dimensions in space”, Georgia replied, “I thought you already knew that”.
“Of course”, Richard answered blankly, “I was testing you”. Georgia raised her eyebrows.


It was getting very late when Harry arrived at the school gates. He waited for two minutes when Zac appeared. They waited for ten minutes then Kaylie appeared. She had been sick, had 3 showers and had cleaned her teeth 4 times, that’s why she was late..

“My breath was disgusting!” Kaylie was saying, as they opened the front gates and crept, in the shadows, up to the front doors. Zac opened the doors with a lock pick and they entered the school.
“This is weird I hate school and we’re here at night”, Kaylie said looking around nervously.
“We’ve got to be really quiet”, Harry said, “Now the heads office is on the fourth floor”.


Meanwhile, the head and Mrs Harrison are watching the three’s progress on a computer. The room was dark so you can’t tell where it is, as the only light is the computer.

“Right then”, the head said to Mrs Harrison, “It’s time we use our secret agent. See to it Mrs Harrison”.
“You can call me by my real name now you know”, Mrs Harrison said leaving the room.


Back in the school, Zac is hurrying up a corridor followed by Harry and Kaylie. Suddenly something burst out of a cupboard. Kaylie screamed.

“Kaylie what are you doing”, Harry asked and he saw the shadow standing in the corridor, holding Kaylie by the neck. Zac turned around and squinted to see what was holding Kaylie.
